Commercial and residential storage units are available with industrial zoning. Various sizes are available from 200 to 1300 sq ft. Units are either 8, 10, or 14 ft high. Large units have 12' high overhead doors with their own electric service. PA sales tax (6%) additional.
All leases will state that your rental rate is guaranteed for 12 months.
